]]>Having a declared “cause” for the dysmenorrhea doesn’t change the treatment options much though - hormones and/or surgery, lots of celebrex, ginger (anti-inflammatory and helps with nausea), and anticholingerics for what this fun fest does to my intestine (sounds like some of the same with you). If you ever find yourself in the mood to try to explore diagnostic options again, I recommend finding a fertility specialist rather than a plain ol’ OB/GYN.
